Become a Vendor

Become a vendor or food concessionaire at the San Diego County Fair and reach our 1+ million visitors! Guests come to the Fair to EAT and SHOP, and we like to offer a variety of fun opportunities for them to choose from.

SELECTION PROCESS

Our basic criteria for selecting new vendors for the San Diego County Fair include:

  • Product balance within the Fair
  • Uniqueness and appeal of the product
  • Space availability
  • Ability to set up a professional, attractive display
  • Application presentation
  • Financial responsibility

While selections are not made on a first-come, first-served basis, we do advise you to return your completed application as soon as possible. The review process is ongoing, and when we find a qualified applicant who meets the above criteria we will book that applicant as space allows.

The application is for selection consideration only, and is neither a commitment by the applicant or an offer by the 22nd DAA to rent space. No hand written application will be accepted my mail or email, all applications must be submitted by following the application link. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered. Photos of your products, menu items, and your booth or food stand in operational form must be included. (Refer to application for further information.)

If you have submitted an application, please do not contact our office regarding your status. The application review process is lengthy, and calls of this nature only prolong the process. We will contact you as soon as possible if we are able to offer you a space.

GREEN BOOTH INITIATIVE

The San Diego County Fair encourages our commercial, food, ride and game vendors to use sustainable practices, such as LED lighting and locally-sourced ingredients.

Commercial Vendors

Commercial or retail vendors are featured in three large shopping halls, along with various outdoor booth opportunities.

Space Rental Rates

Space rental rates are based on 10′ x 10′ space increments for the entire run of the Fair.
